Due to a large number of opportunities, we are looking for a driven Sales Coordinator / Tender Specialist to strengthen the Sarens Projects team. In this role, you aim to provide clients with a structured, solution-oriented, and clear proposal within the agreed timeline. In collaboration with the Key Account Manager, you clarify the proposal and respond to the client's questions.
Your job as a Tender Engineer in a nutshell:
* Analyzing and summarizing client requests.
* Developing proposals for technical requests and projects in collaboration with the responsible Key Account Manager to achieve the best balance between budget, scope, and timing according to client needs.
* During the bidding process, you collaborate with various support departments such as engineering, logistics, HR, SHEQ, finance, etc. You coordinate their input and deliverables while respecting deadlines to create a structured, high-quality proposal that meets both internal and external expectations.
* Regularly consulting with the responsible Key Account Manager and the sales support team about the proposed solution, adjusting as needed.
* Gathering the necessary cost inputs, preparing a price calculation, and reviewing it with the Key Account Manager and/or management.
* Timely and accurately submitting proposals/tender documents after internal approval and following up on them with the Key Account Manager. Responding to internal and external questions and making adjustments where needed.
* Acting at all times as a proud Sarens Ambassador and providing general sales support to the group.

Profile Requirements:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field (engineering, electromechanics, construction...) or equivalent through experience.
* Interest in or experience with sales support, technical inside sales, tender engineering, etc.
* Technical knowledge of heavy lifting and/or exceptional transport, or a strong eagerness to learn and acquire this knowledge quickly.
* Strong communicator in Dutch; good knowledge of English and French.
* Proficient with computers (including MS Office)
