As an Account Manager, youll help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Strykers Maxillofacial portfolio in Belgium.

Your key responsibilities:
1. Be the representative for our customers with the businesses assigned to you.
2. Planning and executing business plans, implementing strategies including building and solidifying your customer network and representing and implementing the full portfolio, optimizing patient outcomes.
3. You are responsible for achieving your commercial goals including topline revenue targets and growing market share.
4. As the point of contact to your customers, you are in charge of the commercial conversations, follow up, and any negotiations coming out of this. Your customer network may include physicians, nursing staff, heads of department, or purchasing.
5. With the product knowledge you have built up, you advise and train medical professionals on its use during demonstrations. You will also occasionally provide in theater support, if needed.
