Responsibilities: Leading Self: Inspire, manage, and develop a global team, fostering strong relationships with leaders, partners and influencers. Coach and support the integration of health and safety management systems into the organisation''s risk management framework. Engage with TOMRA''s Safe teams to align health and safety strategies across divisions. Investigate incidents and near misses, ensuring lessons are learned and corrective actions are implemented. Prepare comprehensive monthly health and safety progress reports, identifying achievements and challenges. Leading the Function: Oversee global health and safety management systems to identify and mitigate risks consistently across regions. Standardise health, safety, and environmental protocols across all sites and regions, ensuring uniformity and effectiveness. Establish effective communication processes using tools such as SharePoint, internal management systems, and lessons learnt. Manage health and safety consultants in new and smaller locations, ensuring these sites have tools, processes, and training to build a strong safety culture. Build a robust network of safety chions across regions and sites, focusing on expanding safety initiatives into smaller entities.
