What you do
Key-user Warehouse Management System Dynaman (C&W)
1. Optimization of existing processes, identifying optimization potential, and proactively suggesting improvements.
2. Collaborating with various departments to gather business needs and translate them into concrete requirements for the external provider, ensuring successful implementation and securing desired results.
3. Supporting the rollout of new processes on the work floor and providing training and guidance to employees during the implementation of these new systems and processes.
Liaison with IT and SAP ERP
4. Acting as a link between warehouse operations and the IT department.
First Line Analysis and IT-Technical Assistance
5. Providing first-line support and technical assistance for integrated systems such as EDI, WCS, and physical automation systems (e.g., scanners, printers, conveyors, pallet lifts, put-to-light systems, and carousel storage systems).
6. Maintaining contact with suppliers for technical support and troubleshooting.
Master Data Monitoring
7. Monitoring the quality and accuracy of master data.
8. Optimizing the master data process to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
Who you are
9. You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have at least 2 years of relevant experience with warehouse management systems, preferably Dynaman.
10. You have knowledge of and experience with SAP.
11. You have strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
12. You are communicative, proactive, and a team player with the ability to work independently.
13. You have a good command of Dutch, French, and English.
