Context :
Our client is seeking a Senior Clinical Supply Lead to cover a temporary absence within the team. The role requires a seasoned professional with strategic oversight of clinical supply for Phases 1–3 trials, able to integrate quickly into a senior team and drive key decisions across functions.
Key responsibilities :
* Drive the clinical supply strategy across various types of products (biological, chemical, etc.) ensuring alignment with clinical plans and timelines.
* Represent the Supply team in governance meetings and forums, presenting risks, opportunities, and constraints while influencing decisions.
* Ensure full visibility of the clinical supply chain lifecycle, including packaging, labeling, and IMP distribution planning.
* Contribute to study setup activities including RTSM specification, documentation creation, and project planning for new clinical studies.
* Collaborate closely with CMC, QA, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations, and Finance to deliver optimized, compliant, and patient-focused supply solutions.
* Manage and monitor supply-related budgets, ensuring cost effectiveness and accuracy.
* Act as a mentor/escalation point for Clinical Supply Planners and partners.
* Support the integration of new processes and improvements within the supply function.
Profile :
* 8–10 years of experience in clinical supply within the pharmaceutical industry (mandatory)
* Strong expertise in clinical trial supply (Phases 1–3), GxP, and regulatory requirements
* Solid understanding of CMC and clinical product development
* Proven project management skills and comfort with budgets and numbers
* Strong leadership and communication abilities
* Fluent in English (French is a plus)
* Autonomous, flexible, and able to integrate within a senior-level team
