Job Description
We are a partner of choice to the European Institutions and other International Organisations.
For the past years we have been providing European and International Organisations a wide range of services including ICT services in support, infrastructure, operations and development as well as managing different contact centres for the key European Institutions, agencies and organisations, in Luxembourg and across Europe.
We are seeking an EU Delivery Manager to further develop our established within European Institutions customers located in Brussels & Luxembourg
The successful candidate(s) will be proactive, positive, innovative, customer focused, responsive and able to develop and sell tailored solutions and consistently deliver results.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for 3 major aspects :
SALES / BUSINES DEVELOPMENT:
1. Support and implement commercial strategy and sales plan established for European Institutions in Brussels & Luxembourg being the primary focus (specifically DIGIT TM & others EU Contract)
2. Develop consultative relationship with all customers to position of Talan at the heart of the upcoming opportunities
3. Develop and maintain excellent relationships within the customer community and industry to be able to identify new business opportunities for the benefice of the growth plan
4. Ensure proactive submissions are qualitatively submitted and successfully closed with margins in line with country strategy
5. Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities to ensure growth targets are achieved
6. For each opportunity, develop a win strategy, with efficient win themes, competitive analysis and a price-to-win
RECRUITMENT:
Identify and engage with potential candidates who match the requirements of our clients:
7. Write and publish job adverts
8. Sourcing & Screening
9. Interview candidates
10. Support candidates in preparing client interview
11. Facilitate the hiring process
PARTNERSHIP MANAGEMENT:
12. Develop a network of partners to provide clients with the best matching solutions: sub-contractors
13. Establish the strategy and terms of these partnerships
14. Evaluate, review and defend proposals from partners to customers
15. Be the primary point of contact for partners, including consortium members when applicable
16. Attend consortium steering committees

Qualifications
17. High level of knowledge within the European Institutions & European agencies.
18. Proven success in implementing / delivery growth strategy with Belgium/Luxembourg
19. Open minded and able to interact with confidence with all stakeholders
20. Motivated by challenge and looking for business success.
21. Has a track record of working in sales and recruitment, preferably within Belgium Public sector.
22. Enjoys teamworking and is used to an environment that requires cooperation with bidding, legal, finance and operational teams to achieve results.
23. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
24. Exercises good judgement with decision-making skills.
25. Good analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly, cut through to determine resolution, communicate key messages simply and effectively to the business
26. Fluent in English language as a minimum, Dutch and/or French is a plus.
