1. Coordinate Inspections:
o Schedule and organize inspections for various commodities.
o Ensure all necessary documentation and permits are in place before inspections.
2. Documentation and Reporting:
o Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports.
o Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
o Record and track inspection results and non-compliance issues.
3. Communication:
o Updates and Feedback: Provide regular updates to clients about the status of their inspections. This includes notifying them of any delays, issues, or changes in the inspection schedule.
o Initial Contact: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients. This includes understanding their specific inspection needs and expectations.
o Report Delivery: Ensure that clients receive detailed and accurate inspection reports in a timely manner. Address any questions or concerns they may have about the findings.
o Team Collaboration: Work closely with inspectors, quality control teams, and other internal departments to coordinate inspection activities. Ensure everyone is informed about their roles and responsibilities.
o Issue Resolution: Facilitate communication between different teams to quickly resolve any issues that arise during the inspection process.
4. Quality Assurance:
o Verify that inspection procedures are followed correctly.
o Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of inspection results.
5. Compliance:
o Ensure all inspections comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
o Stay updated on changes in industry regulations and standards.
6. Administrative Support:
o Assist in the training and onboarding of new inspection staff.
o Manage inspection-related records and databases.
Requirements

* Education:
o A degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline is often preferred.
* Experience:
o Previous experience in the TIC industry or a related field is a plus
o Familiarity with commodity inspection processes and standards is a plus
o Sales experience is a plus
* Skills:
