As a M365 Service Delivery Manager within our Workplace Engineering practice, you will be responsible for the supporting growth of our enterprise clients. • Experience in an ITIL or ITSM managed environment • Workplace content and knowledge management strategy, security and governance underpinned by M365. • Expertise in developing and transforming content-based solutions for information workers encompassing information architecture, content migration, governance and control, including the use of enterprise workflow and business process automation tools. • Experience of working within a matrixed business spanning operations and technology services. • Have proven significant relevant technology experience including solution and delivery particularly within a consultancy or systems integrator.• Planning and Staffing of Delivery teams.• Building relation with our clients.You should have previous experience in one or more of our core Workplace technology areas below: • Enterprise Mobility & Security - Intune MDM & MAM, AAD, Identity, Information Protection, Threat Protection, Cloud App Security • Windows 365 and/or Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) - Architecture, Deployment, Azure Automation, FSLogix, Azure Files • Microsoft Endpoint Manager - Configuration Manager Current Branch, Intune and Co-management Workloads, Windows as a Service • Exchange & SharePoint Online - Architecture, Deployment, Migration • Power Platform including Power Virtual Agent, Power Apps and Power Automate • Microsoft Teams • Microsoft 365 Tenant to Tenant Migrations •Fluent Dutch & English language skills • Lead service delivery teams in delivering what is defined and outlined in service contract on accounts of varying complexities. • Interface directly with the client IT organizations and take primary responsibility for maintaining/developing the client relationship and ensuring client satisfaction. • Serve as the link between delivery resources and client organization for technical, service and vendor issues, and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement. • Maintain regular on-site presence with clients to enable nurturing growth in relationships. • Helping clients realize meaningful business growth through workplace transformation, you will work with customer and internal teams to manage a dynamic Software as a Service (SaaS) and customer ICT landscape that address client challenges • Develop pragmatic, deliverable and sustainable Workplace solutions and roadmaps that allows clients to address their business needs and leverage the best value out of their Microsoft investments. • Contribute to the development and evolution of future focused workplace and organization transformation propositions and solutions. • Lead a team of 5-10 in providing ICT services.
