Job Description
As a Scrum Master, you play a pivotal role in the company's transformation by implementing Agile principles and practices. Your primary objective is to support departments in maximizing team efficiency and collaboration while fostering autonomy and continuous improvement to achieve the company's strategy.
Daily Responsibilities
* You act as a catalyst to align team goals with the company's overarching vision, ensuring regular communication with stakeholders to understand needs and priorities and integrate them into work planning and execution.
* You identify organizational challenges, propose solutions to help the company achieve its Agile transformation strategy, and ensure adherence to Agile practices while adapting them to the organization's context.
* You facilitate Agile events, encouraging departments to actively participate in these processes and understand their true purpose.
* You cultivate optimal collaboration with Product Owners and key stakeholders, ensuring effective synergy between the company's strategic vision and operational needs.
* You promote team autonomy and performance by guiding teams toward responsible self-management in achieving the organization's strategic objectives.
* You remove obstacles: you identify and eliminate barriers that hinder departmental progress, working closely with team members and external stakeholders.
Profile Requirements
* You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent through proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach (minimum 5 years).
* You have an excellent command of both English and French.
* You possess significant experience (> 5 years) as a Scrum Master, with demonstrated expertise in Agile values, principles, and frameworks, particularly Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean.
* You are capable of working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
* You possess strong advanced skills in facilitation, mediation, and conflict resolution.
* You have excellent communication skills and the ability to coach and motivate teams in complex environments.
* You are knowledgeable about development principles and technical best practices to guide the development team.
