Your missions and responsibilities:
Phase one – Learning the basics:
1. Work alongside an experienced colleague to ensure your skills development and guarantee the success of your tasks.
2. Ensure the smoothness and completeness of files (briefings, plans, costings).
3. Update information in the management software.
4. Challenge prices and maximize profit margins.
5. Coordinate schedules and understand client needs.
Phase two – Taking on responsibilities:
6. Manage a client portfolio : prospecting, managing, and retaining clients .
7. Advise clients on technical and commercial aspects .
8. Identify prospects and contribute to the commercial strategy.
Ideal profile:
9. Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role.
10. Languages: Bilingual in French and Dutch ( English is a plus).
11. Qualifications: Degree in architecture, space planning, or building technology, or commercial experience in a similar environment .
