Job Description
The service operates under the supervision of the Asset Data Operations Team Lead and is responsible for managing the reference data. This includes:
* Referencing geographical locations and electrical grid functions
* Tracking data links and their life cycles
Responsibilities:
* Database Management: Insert new grid configurations based on infrastructure project content.
* Geographical Drawing: Create and update the as-built model (TranGIS) of underground connections at scale 1:10,000 or more accurate.
* Data Input: Enter geographic data related to terrains and buildings.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the Infrastructure Project Leader, using key project documents (e.g., project notes, scenarios, construction and as-built plans).
* Data Follow-Up: Ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
* Project Tracking: Monitor the evolution of assigned projects, planning work accordingly and providing stakeholders with timely input.
* Project Lifecycle Management: Handle the project through to acceptance and approval of the as-built design.
* Data Quality Expert: Improve overall data quality through effective data handling and organization in an operational context.
Required Technical Skills:
* Database Management: Experience in working with and managing databases.
* CAD Software Expertise: Thorough knowledge of MicroStation and/or AutoCAD.
* Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical installations on the client grid.
Required Functional Skills:
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in French or Dutch (at least one is mandatory).
