QTEM (www.qtem.org) is a global, non-profit network of top business and economics schools, Corporate, and Social Partners, focusing on fostering analytical and multicultural skills in future decision-makers. QTEM offers a networked Master’s program that connects outstanding students from 21 prestigious universities with Corporate partners and Social Partners. The central office is hosted by Solvay Brussels School, ULB (Université Libre de Bruxelles).
Your main mission & responsibilities:
As the Corporate Account Manager, you will play a key role in the development and retention of corporate and social partnerships within the QTEM network. You will create opportunities for QTEM students by fostering and facilitating high-quality interactions with Corporate and Social Partners, particularly through internship and job placements.
Partnership Retention and Engagement:
• Proactively manage and strengthen relationships with current corporate, social, and academic partners through regular communication (conference calls, meetings).
• Design and deliver tailored value propositions to meet the unique needs of each partner.
Business Development:
• Drive the acquisition of new Corporate and Social Partners by creating a compelling value proposition, a clear service offering in order to attract new Corporate and Social Partners.
• Collaborate with academic partners’ career offices to expand QTEM’s corporate network.
Job and Internship Opportunities for Students:
• Generate international internship and job opportunities that match QTEM students' skills and career goals.
• Organize activities and events that provide QTEM students with valuable corporate experiences and assist companies in recruiting top talent.
Event Management:
• Contribute to the organization of global and local events, including the Annual QTEM Event.
• Support the QTEM Data Challenge by encouraging Corporate partners to offer relevant datasets for student analysis.

Your profile:
We are looking for a candidate with experience in sales or account management with a customer-centric approach, who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for fostering relationships are essential. Adaptability to an international work environment is key.
Key Competencies:
• Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-confidence and capability of interacting with top management and decision-makers.
• Strong event planning and coordination skills.
Education & Experience:
• Master’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in corporate relations, account management, or talent acquisition.
• Experience with data and all the Pack Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience working in academia is beneficial, but not required.
