You are responsible for managing the Managed Services portfolio, ensuring successful and profitable realization of customer projects and managed services contracts with a result-based commitment. As part of the PMO team, you proactively monitor individual contracts and their stakeholders, providing guidance and support as needed.Key Responsibilities:Document and institutionalize MS related methodologiesOnboard and set up Managed Services portfolio governance and follow-upCreate competence matrix for SDM's and promote Development of SDM Skills and SDM CommunityContinuous improvement of methods and processes, actively working on improvement actionsProviding insights through structured reporting and interpretation of figures, supporting Financial and Quality Assurance processesAbout You:Thorough knowledge and experience in service delivery management and its challengesGood knowledge and experience with ITSM methodsGood insights in service delivery management related stakeholders and their individual needs and expectationsAnalytical mindset to extract insights and patterns from dataStrong communication skills and empathyFluent in Dutch and good knowledge of English; good knowledge of French is a plusWe value your well-being and offer flexible working hours, satellite offices, home working, and an informal environment.
