The Data & Analytics Manager will champion the cultivation and utilization of data as a strategic asset within the company. This role is pivotal in fostering partnerships across business units, guiding them to take ownership of their data, and ensuring that our data practices align with the broader business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate Business Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with business leaders to understand their data needs and ensure that our data strategy empowers them to make informed decisions.
- Spearhead Data Ownership: Encourage and support business units in becoming stewards of their data, establishing clear governance and quality standards.
- Strategic Roadmap: Outline a clear and actionable plan for our data initiatives that aligns with our business milestones and resource availability.
- Guide IT Integration: Serve as a strategic advisor to IT team, ensuring that data solutions are effectively supporting business operations.
- Data Platform Management: Supervise the upkeep and continuous improvement of our data platforms to guarantee quality and accessibility.
- Promote Data Literacy: Champion a company-wide understanding of data, providing training and resources to empower all staff members to leverage data in their roles.
- Lead Analytical Projects: Drive projects that bring new data insights to the forefront, enhancing our analytical capabilities and data literacy.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep abreast of the latest trends in data management and analytics, advising on strategic technology investments.
Master recherché
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Data & Analytics management, with a track record of driving data-centric business transformation.
- Master degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology or Business
- Familiarity with data technologies and platforms of Azure and SAP
- Strong foundation in project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2 and Agile, is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous or under-defined problems with a proactive "can do" work ethic, coupled with effective time management skills.
- Exceptional ability to communicate data concepts to a wide range of audiences.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
