What You’ll Do
Be the first and main contact person for the customer (the distributor) within the supply chain and ensure the complete execution of all orders until the requests and disputes are resolved.
* Ensure the processing of orders from validation to dispute resolution (the entry being made in Poland) on a portfolio of customers
* Ensure contact with customers via email, phone
* Collaborate internally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Enhance Financial Performance: Propose process improvements and automations for efficiency; ensure compliance with all procedures.
* Business Partnership: Collaborate with sales teams to address customer issues; master product knowledge.
* Order Management: Process and manage orders from receipt to delivery; address issues promptly and inform management of significant deviations.
* Customer Relations: Respond to customer queries and resolve disputes related to deliveries, returns, and pricing.
* Effective Management: Analyse KPIs with the team leader; ensure team training during absences.
* Team Development: Share skills and knowledge to foster continuous improvement and team spirit.

* Strong Dutch/French language skills along with operational English.
* SAP experience (Desirable)
* PC literate and competent data entry skills in Excel
* Basic knowledge and understanding of supply chain
* Knowledge of constraints, incoterms, export documentation
Team player with excellent time management skills and good attention to detail
Passionate to deliver great Customer Service
Excellent Interpersonal skills, ability to communicate to all levels
