Description
* You act as the first point of contact for questions from our clients - and this both internally and externally and by email and telephone
* You maintain, both reactively and proactively, the customer contact in a way that suits our customers and our company
* You contribute administratively and support the internal organization and communication with your tasks
* You analyze and identify things that are going well, things that are not going well and things that could be optimized within our organization.
* You ensure clear oral and written communication to our clients and internal stakeholders in Dutch and French.
Profile
* Reactive and proactive liaison with customers
* Have strong written and oral communication skills
* Strong communication in French is a requirement
* General digital knowledge is a plus as this is an important part of the job responsibilities
* Work accurately, punctually and efficiently
* Experience with telephone contact is a plus
* Strong organization skills: dividing your attention over several domains is no problem
