Field Service Specialist
For our Molecular Division, we are recruiting a Field Service Specialist.
The Field Service Specialist is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing Abbott Molecular Instruments and systems.
Key Responsibilities
·Installation and implementation of new Molecular systems in current and new customers sites
·Preventive maintenance interventions, Hardware and Software upgrades and repair interventions on molecular instrumentation
·Troubleshoot Application and Instrumentation by telephone and on site, complaint logging and tracking in Call Management Systems
·On-site customer support for software and hardware upgrade training
·Active participation in Abbott Molecular conference calls, service summits, expert meetings and workshops
·Active cooperation, collaboration and communication with Application Support Specialists and the Commercial team to support business growth

What experience do you bring?
·Minimum bachelor’s degree educated in engineering, or qualification in Electronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or related field
·Previous experience in Field Service and Customer Service is highly desirable
·Good Computer and IT skills
·Fluency in English, French and/ or Dutch
·Team oriented with highly developed communication skills
