Role Overview:
As a Solution Architect at Keystone Solutions, you will serve as a key consultant embedded within a federal government agency. You will own the functional and technical architecture of one of the agency's seven strategic domains. Collaborating with diverse stakeholders, you'll translate complex requirements into clear deliverables that align business needs with technical frameworks. Your role bridges the gap between business and IT, ensuring shared understanding and optimal solutions within a dynamic, consultancy-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Domain Ownership:
o Develop and maintain architectural deliverables that outline functionalities, processes, and information concepts for your assigned domain.
o Define and document business services in collaboration with the agency's stakeholders.
2. Stakeholder Engagement:
o Partner with domain application architects to translate business architecture into actionable application components.
o Work closely with departmental knowledge workers to standardize language and ensure mutual understanding of architectural frameworks.
3. Strategic & Tactical Planning:
o Contribute to strategic change initiatives by preparing high-level designs for tactical transformations.
o Scope functional work packages for handover to projects or product teams.
4. Governance & Communication:
o Embed architectural deliverables into tactical governance structures in partnership with the Domain Portfolio Manager.
o Act as a coach and advocate, guiding others in ArchiMate modeling and best practices for stakeholder communication and change management.
Key Qualifications:
* Communication Skills:
o Proven ability to structure and convey complex concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
o Demonstrated experience presenting architectural visions in executive steering committees.
* Analytical Expertise:
o Ability to distinguish between critical and non-critical details, ensuring focus on strategic objectives.
o Skilled at organizing complex materials into clear, conceptual structures.
* Technical & Functional Knowledge:
o Proficiency in customer solutions and contact center setups.
o Experience with ArchiMate, BPMN, and information/process modeling.
o Familiarity with architecture tools and frameworks.
* Professional Background:
o Experience within organizations of 2,000+ employees.
o Proven track record in federal public sector projects.
o Active working knowledge of Dutch, French, and English.
