We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Partner to join our team in Kontich, Antwerp. You will play a key role in steering the growth of our portfolio companies by helping them discover and retain top-tier talent. Your responsibilities will involve developing and executing recruitment strategies across various sectors, making a significant impact on the success of our diverse range of professionals, from high-end managers to technical support staff.
Your contribution
Recruitment strategy:
* Lead, coordinate, and execute end-to-end recruitment initiatives aligned with business strategy and objectives.
* Design the right hiring process to validate the potential of a candidate against an objective set of role competences and culture values
o Design performance, technical, and intellectual assessment rounds to select the best candidates.
* Collaborate with our HR Manager to align the different HR processes and create an integrated HR strategy.
* Implement structured processes throughout the recruitment cycle, incorporating key performance indicators to measure strategy effectiveness.
Sourcing:
* Engage with company management to identify specific recruitment challenges and desired candidate profiles.
* Know where to find exceptional talent through actively using LinkedIn Recruiter and building a talent community of top-tier talent.
* Host & attend events to keep us connected to the right candidates.
* Own the recruitment process of different positions across the different portfolio companies and internally within Companions.
* Drive the selection process from resume screening to hiring.
* Master our (brand new) ATS system and try out new features, focused on attracting and retaining a talent pool.
* Showcase the Companions values throughout the process to attract candidates that match our ethos.
Employer branding:
* Drive employer branding campaigns at both Companions and portfolio company levels.
We are looking for
* Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of successful hires.
* Demonstrated project management skills.
* Broad interest in various sectors with adaptability to diverse industries.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
* Results-driven and motivated to go the extra mile.
* Structured approach to work with the flexibility to adapt quickly.
* Thrive on continuous learning and possess an out-of-the-box thinking mindset.
* Fluent in both spoken and written Dutch and English; French is a plus.
