Branded Products Division
The Branded Products Division aims to maximize the value of Orion's in-house developed cornerstone products through innovative customer engagement and portfolio development.
Promotional synergy will enable us to launch and grow new branded products in the specialties of Respiratory, Women's Health, Parkinson's Disease, and CNS through our own development and in-licensing.
The Branded Products business division includes products with strong brand names, providing added value to patients.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling incoming calls and mail
* Welcoming visitors
* Handling medical inquiries and adverse drug reaction reports
* Planning business trips
* Assisting in organizing congresses and events
* Supporting the office team for administration, presentations, and reporting
* Assisting in fleet management
* Providing administrative support to the sales team for scientific events
* Managing office supplies
Requirements
* Professional completed vocational training (e.g., hospitality management or another service-oriented profession)
* Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, ...)
* Very good command of Dutch, French, and English
* High level of service orientation
* Excellent communication skills
