Manager, Key Accounts & Concession Packs EMEA (Eastpak, JanSport, Kipling)
We are looking for an exceptional Manager, Key Accounts & Concessions to join our team in Antwerp, Belgium.
Let Us Talk about the Role
As Manager, Key Accounts & Concessions Packs EMEA (Eastpak, JanSport, Kipling), you will be responsible for managing, developing, and executing the Packs EMEA Key-Accounts Strategy within our Field Sales business.
Reporting to the Field Sales Senior Director, you will lead a team of local Key Accounts Managers and manage the Packs’ fleet of Concessions, Partnership stores, and selected Strategic Key-Accounts. Your focus will be to deliver a pinnacle in-store brand experience, be disruptive in retail leveraging, and blend marketing and merchandising to meet financial targets.
How You Will Make a Difference
You will achieve this by:
* Being fully accountable to meet and exceed sales targets, profitability goals, and retail KPIs across Concession, Partnership stores, and Key-Accounts locations in EMEA.
* Ensuring implementation of sales and marketing tactics, specifically all seasonal launches and assortment strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Building strong working partnerships with EMEA selected Strategic Key-Accounts.
* Driving proficient relationships with relevant internal departments (Marketing, DTC Buying and Planning, Visual Merchandising, Finance, Retail Operations, Sales Operations).
* Utilizing sales insights on business and consumer to sustain and grow business while proactively addressing issues and opportunities.
* Monitoring, together with the Credit department, the financial stability and payment discipline of all accounts.
* Being a source of solution and inspiration to empower collaborative workstreams with peers and managers across other functions, channels, and Brands.
Skills for Success
To succeed as Manager, Key Accounts & Concessions Packs (EMEA), you need to:
* Have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Possess strong empathy and influencing skills combined with the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
* Be capable of working under pressure and prioritizing against business objectives.
* Have the ability to focus on both numbers (sales/profit) and experience.
* Be enthusiastic, determined, and fearless: interested in building something significant from scratch.
* Be able to move from big picture to hands-on activities with equal enthusiasm and determination.
* Be fluent in English, with any other languages being a plus.
* Have experience in the Fashion, Apparel, Footwear, or Accessories industry.
A formal education and subsequent University bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
