for a trainee for the Brand & Guest Experience Corporate Department.
DURATION: 6 months
THE JOB: The Brand and Guest Experience Trainee supports all the
team members from the Brands &
Guest Experience department. This means the trainee will support and be
involved in projects on Global level. The different areas within the team work
together to ensure that the departments goals are reached and continuously
improved. The Brand & Guest Experience team strives to evolve and validate
the brand architecture, brand strategy, and ensure the experience for each
brand is always relevant to operating environment, and continuously in line
with RHG’s strategic 5-year plan.
To support the team, the trainee will be involved
in a variety of tasks,
such as the generation
of numerous collaterals essential for hotels, the upkeep of our internal
library, the assistance in developing diverse
guidelines, conducting market research, creating competitive benchmarking
reports, tracking the departments progress and annual budget, organising
meetings between the department and important stakeholders and lastly lead
ad-hoc customer experience design projects for each brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support the Branding
and Guest Experience department on Global
level
* Conduct market research,
competitive benchmarking and analyse market trends
* Create presentations, for internal and external purposes
* Lead ad-hoc projects in relation to the design of
the customer experience for each brand
* Manage meetings with a variety
of stakeholders, responsible for the agenda,
minute- taking, follow-up and for ensuring delivery dates are met.
A SUCCESSFUL TRAINEE HAS:
* To be enrolled
in a school program to be eligible
for the internship
* Is fluent in English, both verbal and
written
* Experience in the hospitality industry
(operational internship)
* Proficiency in English
and excellent communication skills
* Microsoft Office expert
user (Excel and PPT)
* Excellent organizational skills
* Strong project management abilities: capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, under
tight time constraints and within budget parameters
* Flexible, proactive, can-do
attitude
* Team player with a global mindset, able to work with a variety of different
stakeholders at all levels of the organization
* Customer oriented
* Autonomy and high feeling of
responsibility
