As a Microsoft 365 Architect at AmeXio, you’ll be part of a team of experienced experts, playing a key role in designing and delivering complex Microsoft 365 solutions. With a strong focus on SharePoint and its integration with tools such as Teams, Power Platform and external systems, you will translate client needs into robust architectures that form the foundation for technical implementations and migrations. You stay fully up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 developments and know how to apply these innovations in your work. You’ll also inspire and energise both clients and colleagues with your vision and expertise, guiding project teams to deliver projects efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Job description
* Understanding Client Needs: Getting to the root of the client’s requirements and ensuring solutions meet their needs while aligning with Microsoft 365 platform standards.
* Communication: Ensuring clients and project teams fully understand the proposed solutions and are kept informed on the design and project status.
* Project Coordination: Coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
* Information Architecture: Designing, configuring and documenting the information architecture (content types, metadata, roles and permissions, etc.).
* Best Practices: Working closely with team members to ensure best practices around security, compliance, and user adoption are followed and respected.
* Risk Management: Proactively identifying and escalating risks, such as scope creep or technical challenges.
* Continuous Improvement: Contributing actively to process and project improvements.
* Knowledge Development: Keeping up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 features and updates through certifications, webinars and conferences.
* Knowledge Sharing: Acting as a source of expertise and mentor for colleagues within the Microsoft team.
* Pre-sales Support: Contributing to strong, value-driven proposals during presales activities.
Requirements
* At least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
* Expert-level knowledge of SharePoint.
* Strong knowledge of Azure, Power Platform, and other Microsoft 365 technologies.
* Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
* Customer-focused and analytical, with the ability to lead workshops and clearly document outcomes.
* A strong team player who enjoys sharing knowledge with colleagues.
* Fluent in both Dutch and English.
* Experience with intranet solutions such as Powell and/or Purview is a plus.
* Experience with development in .NET, PowerShell, SPFx or FME is also an advantage.
