1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, gather requirements, and document functional specifications for software development projects.
2. Process Improvement & Solution Design - Analyze existing business processes, propose optimizations, and design technology-driven solutions that align with business goals.
3. Stakeholder Communication - Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements, priorities, and project progress.
4. Testing & Quality Assurance Support - Assist in defining test cases, validating system functionality, and ensuring that delivered solutions meet business needs.
5. Agile & Documentation - Work in Agile environments, creating user stories, process flows, and system documentation to support software development and implementation
6. Degree in business, IT or related field
7. Min 2 years of experience as a business analyst
8. Dutch and English
9. Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
