Our Deal & Valuation department is mainly active in Transaction Services (buy-side and sell-side Due Diligence investigations), Valuation of companies and M&A mandates. What will you be doing?
1. Analysis of the Target’s financial statements in the context of due diligence, valuation or Info Memo preparation
2. Preparation of Q&A for Target’s management
3. Research of potential acquisition targets in the context of a vendor’s mandate
4. Research of industry related information to support the preparation of Information Memorandum
5. Draft reporting of due diligence report, valuation report and/or Information Memorandum
What do you bring to the table?
6. University background in finance or business economics
7. Excellent knowledge of Dutch and/or French
8. Advanced working knowledge of English
9. Strong understanding of Excel and how it can be applied to corporate finance
10. Good knowledge PowerPoint is essential for drawing up reports.
11. Prior traineeship experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, private equity, audit or similar environment is a strong asset
12. Analytic mindset triggered to understand complex problems
