We are seeking a proactive and motivated student to join our HC team for a part-time role, working 3 days a week. This role focuses primarily on recruitment support, with additional involvement in administrative and Learning & Development tasks. You will play a key role in managing the recruitment process for interns, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and organizing interviews, while also contributing to various HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
* Manage the full recruitment process for interns across multiple service lines.
* Source candidates via various channels, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
* Screen CVs from direct applications and candidates sourced through campus activities.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
* Provide regular follow-up with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
* Support in organizing and promoting campus recruitment activities.
Administrative & L&D Support:
* Update and maintain HR documents (e.g., process guides, one-pagers, FAQ lists) ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
* Regularly update the Human Capital database.
* Encode sickness and absence data in the SD Worx system on a weekly basis.
* Check employee holidays and sickness data in timesheets prior to payroll closure (monthly task).
* Assist in organizing internal L&D training sessions and support with any outstanding tasks.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
* Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program (e.g., HR, Business Administration, or similar).
* Previous experience as an intern or student job is preferred.
* Strong interest in recruitment and human resources management.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SD Worx) is a plus, but not required.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
* Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
