The cost controller plays a vital role in overseeing the financial aspects of the IT department. This involves collaborating closely with IT managers and the finance team to ensure accurate handling of invoicing, cost allocation, and financial reporting. Key responsibilities include reviewing all incoming invoices for accuracy and compliance with contract terms, as well as working with department managers to allocate costs to products and projects. Additionally, the cost controller prepares a monthly KPI dashboard to track spending, revenue, utilization, and service quality, while also monitoring IT expenditure for specific projects and promptly reporting any deviations or risks to management. Another aspect of the role involves managing weekly receipts and deliveries for the IT department, ensuring proper recording and tracking of inventory and assets.
Profiel
* A Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in an administrative function in an international environment
* experience with AP, Invoicing
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems is a plus.
* Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with large and complex data sets and produce clear and concise reports.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and levels of management.
* Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality. Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
