Your Tasks:
1. Plans, controls and optimizes vehicle M&R cost
2. Supports Bids & Launches
3. Constantly updates the cost data in the fleet management system (claims handling)
4. Checks incoming invoices according to specified requirements
5. Negotiates and executes service and repair agreements with suppliers
6. Develops, manages and documents technical standards
7. Manages and controls service contracts of the vehicles
8. Monitors vehicle returns regarding damage costs
9. Supports customers in technical questions/solutions
10. Prepares monthly reports for the customer
11. Informs the department management and the customer about the current status
Your Profile:
* Successfully completed commercial/technical apprenticeship
* Professional experience in technical fleet management for at least 2 years
* Detailed knowledge of claims management, cost estimations and technical documentation
