In this position, you will be responsible for end-to-end personnel administration and serve as the go-to person for all HR-related matters. You will work closely with the Site Manager, contributing to a growing and evolving organization.
Responsibilities
* Independently manage the full personnel administration for both blue-collar and white-collar employees
* Handle employee onboarding and ensure the proper administrative processing of new contracts.
* Monitor and register all legal obligations and regulations in an HR system.
* Oversee attendance policies and ensure strict follow-up.
* Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions.
* Prepare and finalize monthly payroll processing.
* Over time, take on responsibility for the selection and intake interviews for certain positions.
* Provide proactive support to the Site Manager on all HR-related matters.
The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
* A degree in Human Sciences, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in payroll administration.
* Strong knowledge of labor law and social legislation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
* Proficiency in common HR and administrative software.
* Working knowledge of Dutch and English.
