Job Summary
This role involves supporting a key client, a major player in the industry, by facilitating Agile methodologies and ensuring smooth collaboration between teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in the development process.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and best practices.
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.
* Identify and remove impediments to ensure efficient workflow and delivery.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
* Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization.
* Ensure effective communication between development teams, stakeholders, and business units.
* Promote Agile mindset and values across the organization.
* Monitor and report on team performance and Agile maturity.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an enterprise environment.
* Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
* Excellent facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex IT environments.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
* Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) is a strong asset.
* Experience in the specific industry or technology, if relevant, is a plus.
