Digital Revenue Growth Manager
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF ROLE
The Digital Revenue Growth Manager for the platform BEES plays a pivotal role in generating incremental value for the business through a dual focus on revenue management and rewards strategy. BEES, developed by AB InBev, the world’s largest brewery, is a cutting-edge B2B E-commerce platform that empowers small and medium-sized retailers with advanced digital sales tools. Enhancing ease of operation and boosting profitability, BEES is now operational in over 25 countries worldwide.
The primary objective is to design and execute a commercial strategy on price, promotions, and assortment to optimize commercial performance (NR, MACO) across our digital platforms. The position is based in Belgium and will cover all markets where BEES is LIVE.

The role :
Revenue Management :
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to optimize price, promotions, and assortment on digital platforms.
2. Protect the top-line by safeguarding the base of our business and ensuring revenue growth.
3. Drive category growth and increase market share in both the beer category and adjacent categories, using new mythologies of Personalization and focusing on Mega Brands.
4. Optimize investment ROI by selling more profitably through strategic pricing and promotional initiatives, working closely with our analytics support team.
5. Execute pricing algorithms, including testing and validating, to ensure alignment with the Revenue Management strategy from all countries.
6. Facilitate local systems integration and changes to enable the implementation of the new algorithmic selling model.
7. Align with global stakeholders and effectively communicate the local revenue management strategy to algorithm teams.
8. Own E2E improvements related to promo mechanics, testing and launching new features.
9. For partner services, an integration of the full strategy will be needed to integrate in the gameplan.
Rewards Strategy :
10. Incentivize actions for growth, ensuring customer happiness and customer growth at scale.
11. Increase customer purchases on the B2B platform (Sell In) and improve customer execution of growth drivers in the POC (Sell Out). Work together with the TADA team (where TADA is LIVE to full close the loop activations)
12. Enhance customer happiness and livelihoods through the effective implementation of rewards and education programs. Optimize existing features, share best practices and connect with Global to bring the best results.
13. Develop training materials for local teams and maintain a knowledge library for countries, POCs and frontline education on the rewards program.
14. Generate alignment with the Digital Communication team and RM team in the planning process of campaigns.
15. Coordinate frontline execution tasks with challenges to drive engagement and participation.
16. Own the onboarding processes for new DDCs (Digital Distribution Centers) implementing the rewards program.
17. For partner services, an integration of the full strategy will be needed to integrate in the gameplan.
What we are looking for :
18. First strong experience in revenue management, analytics or the equivalent field
19. Strong understanding of the markets needs and integration processes.
20. Excellent communication skills to align with global stakeholders and convey local strategies effectively.
21. Ability to translate the company's overall local commercial strategy into actionable plans.
22. Detail-oriented with a focus on executing pricing algorithms accurately.
23. Collaborative mindset to work closely with various teams, including Global, different countries and teams across BU´s.
