✔️ What we are looking for?
We are looking for a professional experienced as UX & Customer Experience to lead the design and execution of a seamless, customer-centric digital experience in our ecommerce. This role is pivotal in driving conversion optimization, customer satisfaction, and retention through data-driven UX strategies. The ideal candidate has a strong background in user research, journey mapping, and usability testing within an e-commerce environment.
✔️ Key Responsibilities:
This profile will be a bridge between customer, data and production. Its main responsibilities will be:
* Define and execute a UX strategy aligned with business goals.
* Understand our ecommerce possibilities and, understanding all the barriers and the global guidelines, improve the main paths for the customers
* Conduct and oversee customer journey analysis to identify pain points and opportunities to growth.
* Develop a conversion optimization roadmap using data-driven insights.
* Lead user research initiatives, including A/B testing, heatmaps, and usability testing.
* Collaborate with product, marketing, and technology teams to enhance customer interactions.
* Champion accessibility, mobile-first design, and performance optimization.
* Monitor UX performance metrics and continuously refine user experiences.
* Work in team with data team, UX designers and product developers.
✔️ Required Skills & Experience:
* 8+ years of experience in UX/UI, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Proven track record in e-commerce UX strategy and conversion optimization.
* Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and behavioral analytics.
* Experience working in agile environments alongside developers and product teams.
* Understanding of SEO, web performance, and accessibility (WCAG standards).
* Ability to communicate insights and strategies to C-level stakeholders.
* Ability to make and present presentations with real insights to A-level stakeholders.
✔️ Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with CRO tools (Google Optimize, GA4, Content Quare, UserTesting, Optimizely, Hotjar, FullStory, etc.).
* Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDPs) and personalization strategies.
* Previous experience in a fast-growing e-commerce or retail business.
