Responsible for achieving individual KPI’s and team sales objectives in Chronic Care Business Areas. The field-based activities include creating and developing a network composed of diverse care profiles; coordinating and supporting sales and marketing projects; offering technical support for the products covering the entire Coloplast’s portfolio in the Community; providing adequate service to end users and customers in order to grow Coloplast’s market share.
Responsabilities
1. Meets or exceed selling quotas/ targets by engaging all targeted accounts as well as developing and executing a clear and logical plan to achieve overall territory objectives
2. Works closely with the other sales representatives to consult and get agreement on patient cases and projects.
3. Demonstrates listen and respond selling skills to uncover customer needs and creates a compelling reason for customer to purchase, regardless of contractual constraints
4. Plans and documents daily call routines with the CRM tool to ensure appropriate coverage and follow up of key accounts and patients ,
5. Utilize all available tools to maximize market growth including, but not limited to marketing directives, and educational materials
6. Develop and maintain long-term relationships that lead to increasing use of products within target accounts.
7. Demonstrates clear understanding of clinical and technical product knowledge and is able to explain it to a group of heath care professionals
8. Provides feedback and requests to Marketing or to the organization to adapt tools/strategies to the market demand
9. Develop and maintain productive cross-functional relationships to share knowledge and leverage synergies within the organization
Profile
10. Nurse degree is a must
11. Prior sales experience is an asset
12. Understanding the sales cycle
13. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
14. Business and clinical knowledge
15. Demonstrate effective time (and territory) management skills, administrative capabilities and effective written and oral communication capabilities
16. Fluent in Dutch, French is a plus and good knowledge of English
17. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
18. High attention for detail and follow through.
