For our intervention center in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw () we’re looking for a Logistics Assistant (m/f/x).
The Intervention Centre and warehouses (in Zuun) are primarily tasked with ensuring the continuity of the grid. To this end, our teams are ready 24 hours a day to carry out all kinds of scheduled and unscheduled work on our transmission facilities (whether in a gas atmosphere or not), as well as adapting, repairing and building gas transmission facilities and dealing with the storage and logistics of specific gas equipment. The work performed by the Intervention Centre and warehouses complies with the ISO quality standard at all times (welded structures, mechanical worksite, logistics and warehouse).

1. As Logistics Assistant, you will help coordinate the work interventions necessary to ensure the continuity of the gas network
2. With assistance from experienced colleagues, you will perform a wide range of administrative and logistics-related tasks, including: monitoring calibrations and inspections of all measuring equipmentcoordinating site containers and following up with supervisorsrecording work performed in SAPFollow-up of case filesclassifying and archiving documentssupporting ISO processes
3. You will also work with both internal and external customers for the logistics organisation and planning of work interventions as well as creating purchase orders (for site equipment, site containers, welding and site material, …)
About you

4. An A2 or Bachelor's degree (A1) in an administrative, logistical or technical field
5. An affinity with an industrial/technical environment (welding workshop, warehouse, mechanics, transport and forklifts)

9. A meticulous approach to work
10. Fluency in Dutch (a must) and sufficient knowledge of French
11. Proficiency in MS Office
12. Knowledge of SAP would be a plus but you will be given training if necessary
Additionally, this role requires:

14. A category B driving licence
15. In addition, in accordance with the regulations for this kind of employment, you must be under 25 years of age on the date your job starts
