Description
Our team is part of the global IT team. This team plays a key role in supporting our colleagues to work more effectively and efficiently, by providing technical support in a proactive, positive and creative way with great cooperation with the business.
Your mission
Be an active member of this team, driving ideas with your direct colleagues.
Analyze and troubleshoot customer problems and advise on appropriate action.
Ensure minimal disruption or no disruption to the business.
Ensure positive relationships are built and maintained with all involved parties (business, team, suppliers).
Ensure that knowledge and experience is well documented and shared with colleagues.
Adhere to roles and responsibilities as described by ITIL.
Constantly educate Business in the value constraints of IT.
Follow-up on IT projects where you keep our stakeholders informed and adhere to agreed time and budget.
Follow-up on the lifecycle management of Hardware such as laptops and desktops, printers, video conference systems and software license management.
Required skills
At least 1-3 year's experience in a similar role
Experience with Windows10, Office365, Outlook, iOS Devices, PowerShell, Azure, Active Directory, Group Policies
The ability to understand and support the basics of networking servers, different operating systems, laptop/desktop, network printers and mobile technology
The ability to explain technical problems to non-technical people
Familiar with ITIL processes
Enthusiastic, proactive, communicative, and self-organized
Well-developed communication skills (verbal and written), structured way of working
Ability to write clear documentation such as business requirements, technical specifications and process flows
Fluency in English and Dutch (written & verbal)
Being able to work on site in Brussels, and on Fridays in Ghent (occasionally in Louvain is also possible)
Please note that we are specifically looking for someone who is fluent in dutch.
This is an absolute must.
