Job Summary
The Analyst Sales Enablement focuses on ensuring the effective use, adoption, and support of sales tools within the organization. This role is responsible for providing training, managing tools, assisting with system testing and user support to ensure the Salesforce ecosystem and related platforms are functioning efficiently. The specialist also supports AI-driven processes and assists with data analysis, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities
1. Tool Adoption & Support : Ensure successful adoption of the Salesforce ecosystem, providing user support, troubleshooting issues, and managing system updates.
2. Training Programs : Develop and conduct training sessions for sales and marketing teams, focusing on tools, platform features, and best practices.
3. System Testing & Optimization : Regularly test and optimize sales tools and systems, ensuring they function as intended and meet business requirements.
4. AI Utilization : Support the use of AI tools to automate routine sales tasks, enhance productivity, and analyse customer behaviour. Assist with the implementation of AI-based solutions to drive efficiency.
5. Generative & Predictive AI Integration : Assist in integrating generative AI for personalized content creation and predictive AI for forecasting customer behaviour, supporting ongoing refinement of these technologies.
6. Lead-to-Cash Process Support : Work alongside the Principal Sales Enablement to ensure smooth tool integration and user support for the lead-to-cash process, including Inside Sales and customer portal solutions.
7. T erumo P rice Q uotation User Support : Provide ongoing support and guidance for the use CPQ tool, ensuring that teams effectively utilize the system to meet their business needs.
8. Master Data Management (MDM) Support : Ensure high-quality data management within the Salesforce ecosystem, supporting MDM initiatives and ensuring data integrity.
9. Data Analysis & Reporting : Assist with the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales data, generating actionable insights and performance metrics to drive business improvements.
10. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with various teams, including Commercial Excellence & Pricing, Sales & Marketing, Digital Experience, IT, PMO, etc to ensure cohesive tool adoption and support.

11. Experience in a Salesforce administration or support role.
12. Strong understanding of sales tools and systems, with a focus on adoption, training, and optimization.
13. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to conduct effective training sessions and provide ongoing support.
