As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for the daily support of the administrative and operational part of the sales process with the intention of making the process as efficient and qualitative as possible. Pre-Sales Support Creation of termination invoices and mileages statements Managing special cancellations Checking that all services have been completed Checking (missing) data of offered vehicles based on input from external parties, and obtain missing articles Enter deletion date and organize license plates back to DIV Follow-up & receive license plates total loss Post-Sales Support Creation of order form/ CN for missing pieces Archiving of all ‘official', original documents Forwarding of incoming invoices Following up and checking buyers: timely collection versus payment versus assigned Intake and delivery of EOC (B2B-B2C) and rental vehicles Dispatching the logistical tasks of EOC (B2B-B2C) and rental vehicles Daily follow-up of the B2C work orders and flow Management of missing parts B2C Sales Support Creation of invoicing private sales B2C sales administration (generic) Follow up & receive license plates driver sales Follow up acquisition driver sales Start take-over procedure driver sales Stop vehicle driver sales Execute post-sales procedures private sales (tech. check – car wash – arrange appointment - …) Process and check deregistration notices from DIV You have at least 2 years of demonstrable experience within an administrative environment, preferably in the services industry. Experience in end of contract process as well as leasing and fleet management is a plus You are communicative, strong in administration, a problem solver, have eye for deadlines and work accurately You are fluent in French and/or Dutch and proficient in English.
