Functiondescription
As a Process Engineer,you are responsible for the following:
* Optimisation of theproduction systems (operational excellence):
Definition and prioritization of opportunities(including through analysis of existing processes to determinebottlenecks and production problems).
Determination of success criteria.
Thoroughanalysis of the problem.
Development of improvementproposals, implementation of some of these proposals. Feedback tothe teams involved and coordination (e.g. engineering, quality ormaintenance) of other proposals.
Securing solutionsso that the improvement is permanent.
* Active internal (preferably visual) communication aboutthe change process.
* Implementing,managing and optimising (digital) systems that help to bettervisualise and analyse production.
* Keyplayer of different project groups within "operationsmanufacturing" and cooperates in the implementation of the actionplans.
* Maintaining the documentationsystem with regard to actions taken according to the "control ofchange" procedure.
* Later you will bealso responsible to set standards in regards of maintainability andreliability of the technical equipment within the production area’sand implementing the set targets efficiently and timely throughproject management
Job requirements
* You are in possession of a Master's degree inelekctromechanics, specialization electromechanics or a Bachelorwith relevant experience.
* You have affinitywith PLC, robot, cobot, artificial intelligence or industrialengineering.
* You have strongcommunication, organisational, social and project managementskills.
* You have a sharp analyticalinsight (problem solving oriented) and conceptualthinking.
* You get energy from workingwith team members.
* You communicatefluently in English and you speak preferablyDutch.
