Job Description:
We are looking for both early-career professionals with some experience in change management and seasoned experts with several years of experience in the field (preferably SAP) to join our team. As a Change Management Professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective change strategies that contribute to a smooth transition and acceptance of new processes and systems within the organization.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute change management plans and strategies.
* Work in tandem with the project manager and maintain an overarching view of the entire transformation plan.
* Conduct stakeholder analyses and communication plans to increase engagement and acceptance.
* Guide the implementation of SAP projects, including training and support for end-users.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives.
* Identify and mitigate resistance and risks associated with changes.
* Coach and support leadership teams to manage changes effectively.
* Create supporting documentation and reports for change projects.
Competencies and Skills:
* Leadership: Ability to motivate and guide teams through changes.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
* Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.
* Stakeholder Management: Experience in identifying and managing stakeholders and building strong relationships.
* Project Management: Familiar with project management methodologies and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Adaptability: Flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
* Training and Development: Experience in developing and delivering training programs and supporting users in adopting new systems.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, or a related field.
* Preferably 2-6 years of experience in change management, preferably within an SAP environment.
* Certifications such as PROSCI Change Management, Kotter’s Change Management, or other relevant qualifications are a plus.
* Experience in leading large-scale change initiatives and transformation projects.
* Familiarity with the ADKAR model and other change management frameworks.
