As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the key contact point for customers, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and professional support. Your role is crucial in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth order-to-delivery processes.
Your Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and other communication channels

Manage the order process from A to Z: order entry, follow-up, and coordination with internal departments
*
Handle inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any customer issues or complaints
*
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain customer records in the system (SAP/CRM)
*
Collaborate with supply chain, sales, and logistics teams to guarantee customer satisfaction
*
Monitor delivery deadlines and proactively communicate with clients regarding any delays or changes
*
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and follow-up
We are looking for :

You are fluent in Dutch and English (written & spoken)
*
A first experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*
Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
*
Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP or CRM systems is an asset
