Description
You will be part of the Atlas Business Transformation project: Our Mission is to replace our current EPR system – moving the related parts supply chain processes to Oracle Fusion Cloud product.
Your main responsibilities:
* Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, manage replies with the meeting chair, taking and shareing minutes following the standard.
* Communication Facilitation: Act as a communication hub between project teams, stakeholders, and management, ensuring clear and consistent information flow.
* Risk and Issue Management: Assist in documenting, and monitoring project risks and issues, and support the implementation of mitigation strategies.
* KPI tracking activities. Monitor and track the KPIs assigned to you to ensure progress and achievement of the targets.
* Support in kaizen activities to improve team efficiency by analysis current situation, set up and implement countermeasures and clear infosharing with all stakeholders in a pro-active way.

Profile
* Bachelor degree or higher with experience in Project Management
* You work accurately, have good analytic skills and a problem solving mindset
* You are fluent in English
* Being an active listener and using your people skills, makes you are a teamplayer able to build strong professional relationships
* A good knowledge of Office 365 applications
* Knowhow on Jira, Confluence and Bizz Design is seen as a big plus

* You will need good communication skills and you know how to balance between serving the audience and guiding to the expected outcomes.
