KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Co-Developing a Long-Term Vision: Understand business challenges and propose innovative solutions. Collaborate with BU leaders to build and execute long-term strategic business plans.
2. Driving Strategic Decisions: Influence and guide strategic choices that align with company and business unit objectives, ensuring that all actions contribute to sustainable growth and profitability.
3. Building Trusted Relationships: Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, offering a multi-dimensional view of the business to identify and implement mutually beneficial solutions.
4. Animating Business Ambitions: Use real-time data to inform business decisions, supporting the day-to-day operational needs and long-term business cases. Align financial insights with the company’s strategy to drive better decision-making.
5. Business Forecasting & Analysis: Develop and enhance business forecasting capabilities within the team, equipping them with the tools to analyze and understand performance and make optimized decisions.
6. Communication Coordination: Coordinate communication between FP&A teams and accounting to manage demand and ensure high-quality work is delivered consistently.
7. Risk Management: Actively collaborate with your BU leader on risk management, helping to identify and mitigate potential risks to business performance.

THE PROFILE WE’RE LOOKING FOR…
We are looking for a skilled FP&A with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a comparable business environment or with significant exposure to this field from a consulting background. A degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
8. Strong expertise in business planning, financial modeling, and forecasting, with knowledge of economic ratios, corporate finance, and financial systems.
9. Driven, curious, and solution-oriented, with a focus on improving processes and a passion for challenging the status quo.
10. Proficient in accounting principles, data visualization tools, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills. Knowledge of SQL/Google Scripts is a plus.
11. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills, with a collaborative mindset and strong customer service orientation.
12. Fluent in Dutch or French, with English proficiency an advantage. Ambitious and eager to grow professionally.
13. Interested in contributing to an international work environment and has a genuine enthusiasm for sports and movement .
