Responsibilities
1. Ensuring a great candidate experience
2. Keeping track of recruitment needs by communicating with business stakeholders
3. Coordination of the entire recruitment process from initial contact to signed contract, in collaboration with two Recruitment Specialist based in Bratislava for Technicians profiles
4. Employer Branding: Recruitment campaigns both on- and offline
5. Direct sourcing
6. School collaborations: you will lead our internship campaign and develop our school partnerships in Belgium and Luxembourg
Profile
7. Proven work experience in recruitment or sales
8. Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
9. Fluent in Dutch, French and English
10. High resilience when facing rejection by candidate or manager
