As Personal Assistant, you will :
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements;
* Prepare and edit correspondence, legal documents, and reports;
* Liaise with clients and internal departments professionally;
* Handle confidential information with discretion;
* Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper);
* Assist with billing and expense reporting.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a legal environment;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English;
* Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities;
* High level of discretion and professionalism.
* Temporary contract on a full time basis
