We’re now seeking a full-time General Manager to take operational leadership of our business and help us scale with excellence.
Your Mission
As General Manager, your job is to ensure our operations run like a well-oiled machine across all locations while directly contributing to the growth, quality, and performance of our team and services.
You’ll report to the CEO and work closely with the Head Trainer to translate strategic goals into action, coach your team through change, and keep the entire business running efficiently, profitably, and in line with our values.
Key Responsibilities
People & Performance
1. Support hiring, onboarding, and retention of staff with the Head Trainer.
2. Monitor individual and location-level KPIs; coach team members on performance.
3. Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
4. Lead and attend monthly team meetings and weekly SteerCo meetings and ensure follow up on action points.
5. Attend outside and company related promotional events.
Operations & Processes
1. Manage daily operations across all locations (client scheduling, systems, policies, finances).
2. Oversee CRM and reporting systems to ensure data-driven decision making.
3. Maintain and improve SOPs for onboarding, assessments, invoicing, and scheduling.
4. Ensure compliance, safety, and equipment upkeep across all sites.
5. Serve as primary contact for vendors and manage stock of all gym supplies.
Financial & Administrative Oversight
1. Supervise payroll operations: validate coach invoices and ensure timely payouts.
2. Oversee client invoicing and payment collection; follow up on outstanding balances.
3. Prepare and submit all relevant income and expense documentation to the accountant each quarter.
4. Ensure all financial transactions are tracked, categorized, and accessible for reporting and compliance.
Client Experience & Retention
1. Champion client satisfaction by coordinating communication and service follow-up.
2. Work with the Head Trainer to ensure consistent coaching quality and onboarding.
3. Lead client feedback loops and use insights to improve retention and referrals.
Sales, Growth & Profitability
1. Monitor lead conversion and refine processes for online, walk-in, and corporate leads.
2. Coordinate promotional campaigns and intro offers with marketing partners.
3. Track profitability metrics and work with CEO on cost control and financial forecasting.
4. Liaise with key players for promotional materials.

Experienced: You’ve managed teams and multi-location operations before (ideally in fitness, hospitality, or retail environments).
Structured but Agile: You love building and improving systems—but know when to adapt fast.
Leadership-Minded: You coach people toward excellence, hold them accountable, and bring energy to a team.
Detail-Oriented: You’re on top of the details, from reports to retention follow-ups.
Data-Driven: You don’t just work hard—you work smart by tracking and analyzing performance.
Bonus Points If You Have
1. Experience working in a coaching, health, or boutique fitness environment.
2. Familiarity with CRM systems.
3. A strong operational or entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in business growth.
4. Comfort working alongside the CEO and participating in high-level strategy.
