Job Title: Business Applications Analyst Quality & Procurement Key Responsibilities: Lead the IT track within projects, collaborating with other track leads and business stakeholders. Manage all aspects of projects from start to finish, including project management, blueprint development, validation, specification creation, testing, documentation, training, and support for key users. Continuously improve business processes and systems within your domain. Support business key users in collaboration with the central support business application analyst. Document processes and systems on the interactive IT knowledge platform. Ensure community know how is maintained and reinforced through training and documentation updates. Requirements: Masters degree or equivalent experience. Proven experience in ERP projects, processes, and systems from an IT or business key user role. Knowledge of SAP (or similar in other ERP systems) or SAP QM is a must. A sincere interest in all roles and activities within production and quality. An analytical mind, process oriented, and conceptual thinker. Service minded and proficient in communicating in English with various stakeholders.
