As a senior in testing services, do you dream of sharing your knowledge with colleagues while combining a commercially minded people management role?
For our Testing Team, we are currently looking for a dedicated, passionate, and enthusiastic Test Coordinator who enjoys working in our people-oriented ICT Services business.
In your daily work, you will:
* Play a leading role and act as the link between your team of Testers and our customers/projects.
* Focus on the day-to-day management of ongoing and new test projects and be responsible for creating and implementing a customized master Test plan.
* Serve as a centric advisor eager to share your knowledge, train, and advise both customers and colleagues on best practice test policies to improve the client’s test process and environment.
* Maintain a good understanding and relationship with our Sales team, supporting presales activities within your domain of expertise in Testing.
You will hire, staff, and coach your own team of Testers and train and assess them during their career at Capgemini. This role combines People/Project Management, Operational Management, and Customer Oriented Expert Leading.
You should have preferably 5 years of experience in testing computer systems and at least some experience in leading a team of Testers. A Bachelor or Master degree (ideally in Science, Engineering, or similar) is required.
A valid driver's license is also necessary.
* You have experience with the TMap Next test cycle and techniques, and knowledge of improving test processes and deploying test tools.
* You are a committed and enthusiastic team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues to achieve collective success.
* You are a true people manager who motivates and encourages our consultants to deliver quality services and helps them evolve in their career paths.
* You speak fluently French and Dutch, and can also express yourself easily in English.
* Your technical background, communication skills, and flexible attitude help you gain our customers' trust.
