Functieomschrijving Your Mission: As a SeniorRecruitmentnSpecialist, you will lead complex recruitment projects, manage the full recruitment cycle, and contribute to the improvement of our hiring processes. KeyResponsibilities: End to End Recruitment Management: Own the recruitment process for both permanent and temporary roles across various departments, from sourcing to final offer. Strategic Candidate Sourcing: Independentlyidentifyand attract top talent through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and our internal talent pool. Process Improvement: Work closely with TA Partners and hiring managers to refine recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless hiring process. Talent Pool Management: Build andmaintainan active talent pool of internal candidates, guiding them through career transitions and supporting their development. Profiel WhatWereLookingFor: Experience: At least 5 years of HR or recruitment experience, with a strong understanding of the Belgian labor market. Skills: You are dynamic, commercially driven, and have excellent communication skills.Youreable to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
