Ayming BeNeLux is seeking a skilled professional to support its clients in optimizing their personnel expense item. With over 20 years of experience in Belgium and worldwide, our company offers a unique blend of international expertise and local knowledge.
As a key member of our HR Performance team, you will be responsible for analyzing payroll incentives and salary packages to help clients attract and retain top talent. Your tasks will include conducting HR performance audits, analyzing legal provisions, and preparing reports to support your clients.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
* Visiting clients regularly to collect information about their organization and activities;
* Conducting HR performance audits to identify opportunities for cost savings;
* Analyzing legal provisions and collective labor agreements that apply to clients' sectors;
* Preparing reports and supporting clients in implementing recommendations;
* Carrying out projects from start to finish, including administrative tasks;
* Maintaining good relations with all parties involved, including government agencies;
* Staying up-to-date on changes in national and international legislation affecting payroll calculation and employment subsidies;
* Contributing to the development of our business by building long-term relationships with clients.
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Law, Business Administration, or Economics and at least three years of relevant experience in Payroll or HR Services. You should have a passion for Hard HR and a strong analytical mindset. Fluency in English and native-level French skills are also required.
