Quality project baby/Femcare specialist

To reinforce our Quality team we are looking for a Quality project baby/Femcare specialist.
As a Quality Project Baby / Femcare Specialist you will be responsible for following up product innovation and product changes following the design and development process. You will be identifying CAPA and noncompliance during product development and making sure the design and development process is followed during product development/changes.
Main tasks:
As a Quality project baby/Femcare specialist you will:
• Design and Implement Quality Standards: Develop and improve quality standards specific to R&D activities. Provide guidance on quality requirements and best practices during product design, development, and testing phases.
• Monitor and Inspect Processes: Oversee R&D operations to ensure adherence to quality guidelines and is a required attendee during the design and development review meetings.
• Review design and development documentation during design review meetings to ensure adherence to Design and development process.
• Lead non-conformity/CAPA investigations observed during D&D. Possible reviewer as independent reviewer.
Requirements:
• Master's degree or equal through experience) in Engineering/Science
• At least 5 years of experience in a R&D/QA role preferably in an international company .
• Knowledge about business processes and project management
• Knowledge of different Quality Management Systems as ISO 13485, ISO 9001, BRC, IFS, …
• Fluent in English, any other language is considered as an asset.
• Basic interest and knowledge of IT systems.
• Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs requirements.
• Analytical, good communicator, leadership skills to speed up projects.
